Finding Forrester

During the last two days, we intently watched the critically-acclaimed film What's Eating Gilbert Grape?  You were asked to track or follow a character throughout the movie.  After viewing the entire film, what are some of the things that you think your character would identify as part of their values or beliefs?  How do you think their values influence their actions?  Moreover, how does your character express the traits we identified as a class: Courage, Love,  Friendship, Family, Fear and Kindness.
